As of January 1, 2019 there is a minimum order amount of $50.00 USD.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please note scheduled ship date on non-expedited orders can take up to 2 weeks. Expedited orders and orders shipped on collect shipping accounts may incur additional fees.

What are UPS delivery times?
UPS ground asks that you allow 7-10 business days
UPS Red – Next Day
UPS Blue – 2nd Day

What if I need a rush order?
Rush orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (Pacific Time) and will be shipped out immediately. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select shipping options are available at customer’s expense.

How can I set up an account?
For new accounts, initial orders must be placed by credit card. For payment terms on subsequent orders, a credit application may be required. Credit applications are available at 858-565-4366.
Approved credit applications will be issued Net 30 terms.
Incomplete Applications will NOT be processed.

What is your return policy?
If you are not thoroughly satisfied with any products, please notify Wallcur within 30 days of invoice date. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be posted accordingly to your account. No cash refunds. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Wallcur within 30 days of the invoice date. Any products that have been discarded before Wallcur has had a chance to repair or replace will be charged in full.
