Please read our order policy and disclaimer information located at the bottom of this page. By purchasing Wallcur LLC products online, you agree to the terms and conditions as explained below. Wallcur, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Wallcur") offers a safe, secure method for purchasing all Wallcur training products including Practi-Products™ (collectively, the "Products") online at www.wallcur.com. All online accounts and user names are set up as individual users. Wallcur does not assign account numbers to specific schools or institutions. There is a minimum order amount of $50.00 USD. Orders are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please note scheduled ship date on non-expedited orders can take up to two weeks. Orders must specify FOB San Diego or shipping point. All shipping charges are based on UPS Zones and the weight of each box. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. There is a $10 minimum shipping charge for any order. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to your order total. Expedited orders and orders shipped on collect shipping accounts may incur additional fees. Please be aware, broken or damaged products due to the weather are out of our control. Wallcur will not be responsible for replacing any damaged products due to weather. For international orders, Wallcur is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees related to import. Shipping charges quoted are for transport only. Should you need more information regarding our shipping procedures or shipping charges in advance of placing an order, please call Wallcur’s office for more information or a shipping quote.


Your submission of any order for the purchase of the Products constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Catalog and Wallcur's Terms and Conditions at www.wallcur.com, and which will supersede any inconsistency and/or contradiction in our Catalog's terms and conditions. All online orders must be prepaid with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. If customer fails to make payment within the established terms, Wallcur may defer shipment until payment is made, or cancel all or any part of the unshipped orders. For customers with established Wallcur credit, payment terms may be granted (terms are from the invoice date, unless otherwise noted) and must be initiated with a valid purchase order. Please contact our office directly to place orders with a PO. Wallcur reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time.


California orders only - please add the applicable state and district tax.


Payment must be in U.S. currency. All international orders (with the exception of Canada) must be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Orders paid by wire transfers will incur a separate fee. Additional Certificate of Origin fees may be applied for orders to certain countries. All foreign orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. For international orders, Wallcur is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees related to import (shipping charges are for transport only.) Wallcur's webstore cannot calculate international shipping rates and shipping charges will need to be added to your order total after the order is placed. Wallcur products are for educational and instructional purposes only, which is noted on the international shipment invoice. For duties or taxes related to purchase of US based educational products, please check with your local carrier. Wallcur cannot refund for any losses occurring outside of the United States. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with any products, please notify Wallcur within 30 days of invoice date. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be posted accordingly to your account. No cash refunds. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Wallcur within 30 days of the invoice date. Any products that have been discarded before Wallcur has had a chance to repair or replace will be charged in full.
