Please inspect all items upon receipt of order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unused items that are in their original condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be posted accordingly to your account. No cash refunds.
If you find damages, defects or discrepancies with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Wallcur takes every measure to ensure our products are inspected before shipping, and properly packed for safe transport. However, our products are occasionally damaged in transit. If you suspect broken items, please use caution while opening the order. It is often the case that just one ampule is broken and the other 99 are fine. If there is substantial damage, please retain ALL packaging. Wallcur may file claims with the applicable carriers. These carriers often send out inspectors to our customer's facilities to verify the claim. Once we have determined how the damages occurred, our customer service team will work with you to provide replacements or credits.
