Please mail your completed order to the address listed above. All orders must be accompanied by a valid PO# or be prepaid with Master Card, Visa, Company Check or Money Order. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to every order. If ordering with a check or money order, please call for a shipping quote in order to correctly calculate the order total before cutting the check. Incorrect shipping charges may cause your order to be delayed.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3 days of receipt. Orders must specify FOB San Diego or shipping point. All shipping charges are based on UPS Zones and the weight of each box. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. There is a $10 minimum shipping charge for any order.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with any product, please notify Wallcur, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. Please be advised that all items must be inspected upon receipt of order. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Wallcur, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. Credit will be posted accordingly to your account. No cash refunds.
