Please inspect all itmes upon receipt of order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you find damage, defects or discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the invoice date.
Wallcur takes every measure to ensure our products are inspected before shipping, and properly packed for safe transport. However, our products are occasionally damaged in transit. If you suspect broken items, please use caution while opening the order. It is often the case that just one ampule is broken and the other 99 are just fine. If there is substantial damage, please retain ALL packaging. Wallcur may file claims with the applicable carriers. These carriers often send out inspectors to our customer's facilities to verify the claim.
